Earlier today, French metallers Altered Shade took to Facebook to announce Dräk Wyvern (formerly of Apokalyptic Sky fame) as their new vocalist and frontman after Edwin Mac departed the group last year.
With the death/thrash approach of the band’s 2016 release Path Of Souls, we’re looking forward to hearing Dräk’s influence on a new record, though no word of a follow up album is in circulation as of yet.
On Edwin’s departure and Dräk’s introduction to the group, the band stated:
Edwin has left the band for personal reasons. We thank him for all the great moments that we shared and we wish him the best for all his future projects. We welcome Dräk Wyvern as our new singer. So see you soon on stage.
