The line-up for Tons of Rock Festival 2018 is now complete, with the final nine bands being announced earlier this week.
The festival will take place from Wednesday 20 to Friday 22 June in the incredible Fredriksten Fortress in Halden and is the largest rock & metal open-air festival in Norway.
2018 will be the festival’s fifth year and they have some huge names on the bill to celebrate, including headline performances from Ozzy Osborne, Alice In Chains and Helloween. Also on the bill are W.A.S.P, Opeth, Wardruna, Abbath, Arch Enemy, Soulfly and Alestorm. I am intrigued to see how Norway will react to Scottish pirate metal – I think they will go down a storm (of ale).
