Withering Soul – “Hour of Obstinacy”
Melodic Black Metallers Withering Soul have released the official music video for “Hour of Obstinacy.” The song is taken from 2015 Mortal Music release Adverse Portrait. Order the album from Amazon, iTunes, and other digital retailers.
Roots Like Mountains – “Dead Man”
Denver aggressive rock outfit, Roots Like Mountains have changed to a whole new sound in their new single, “Dead Man”, off their forthcoming (as yet unnamed) album. “The new single stems from a place of questioning what we have been told and feeling as if you have lost it all in the process of finding the answers you’re looking for,” says vocalist, Nathan Vogt. Produced and mixed by Jaime Nelson and mastered by Andrew Wade (The Wade Studio), “Dead Man” is the new beginning of Roots Like Mountains.
Thecityisours – “Dry Your Eyes”
London metalcore outfit Thecityisours have revealed the video for their latest single “Dry Your Eyes”. The track is the second to be taken from their debut EP Wildfire, which is set for release on the 22nd July 2016. You can catch them live on a few dates this month too.

Oceans – “Electrified”
Newcomers Oceans are set to drop their EP On & On on August 6th, and have unleashed their new video single “Electrified”! Oceans are an exciting new band bursting onto the scene with their mix of alternative rock and post-hardcore sound and with the band only being in their early 20’s, they have a very promising future ahead of them. The band had this to say in the run-up to the EP release:
Three left the band last summer and the band basically reinvigorated itself. We were due for a rebirth and a rethink and we decided to keep carrying on with the band and replace the right away. Most bands in our situation would have thrown the towel in but we’re far too ionate just to stop and our love for the band is very strong so the EP is basically about how the band will keep going on and on which is why the EP is called On & On.
