Video Roundup: The Modern Age Slavery, Stray Train, evertim, Worhol, Jet Banana, Man With A Mission

Is it the middle of the week yet? If not, why not? I demand the weekend!

The Modern Age Slavery – “Miles Apart”

Italian death metal/deathcore stalwarts The Modern Age Slavery have released the official video for “Miles Apart”, a track from forthcoming album Stygian. Innerstrength Records will release Stygian on November 24 and you can pre-order it on Bandcamp.

Stray Train – “Heading for the Sun”

After having played various festivals all across Europe and relentlessly touring with retro rock outfits like Blues Pills and Kadavar in promotion of their critically acclaimed Monkey album, Slovenian heavy blues rock steam machine Stray Train now present “Heading For The Sun”, their first official music video. The song is taken from their second album Blues From Hell (Nov 24th, 2017) and represents it like no other, as guitarist Boban Milunovic points out:

“Heading for the Sun” is a song about unconditional love. In negative times like these, Lennon’s words “All you need is love”, seem to be more important than ever. When we started to work on our new record, the opening riff for this song somehow stood out. It represents our new album in all musical aspects and it has all the ingredients that make Stray Train music what it is. Needless to say, we were pretty much sure right away, this is going to be the song for the band’s first video. The idea for the video itself came spontaneously and since Luka (vocals) is a ionate custom bike builder it was pretty logical to have a storyline that visualises and s the lyrics.

evertim – “Let Me Go”

Evertim are delighted to announce their new EP Your Heaven Held Me Well set for release on 19th January 2018 through Fox Records.

To celebrate the release, the band, from Brighton, UK, have shared an emotionally charged new single titled “Let Me Go” streaming now on Spotify and available from all good digital outlets.

Worhol – “Already Forgotten”

Imminence Records’ symphonic rock outfit Worhol is pleased to release their brand new music video. The video, for the track “Already Forgotten” is in promotion of the recently released The Awakening. The band are currently planning for an eventful 2018 and beyond.

Jet Banana – “Superqueen”

Jet Banana released their first album Master Is The Enemy in 2016. After an 18 months long live promotion (including several festivals this year, such as Montereau Confluences and Rock En Stock), the band now releases a new single “Superqueen” along with a video.

Through this song, you will dive with Jet Banana into a world inspired by pop culture and retro gaming, and you’ll witness the fight between two entities : People and Master.

Man With A Mission – “My Hero”

Japanese act Man With A Mission have just released their brand new single “My Hero” through Sony, and it’s already clocked up over 1.2 million views on YouTube. The video finds the half man, half wolf collective providing the soundtrack to the accomplishments of an everyday hero with their electrifying blend of rock, rap and electronics.

Man With A Mission have released four albums in Japan, which have topped the charts and led the band to sell out arenas across their homeland. They are touring again next month and have announced Don Broco as for their mega Tokyo arena shows to 36,000 fans at the Saitama Super Arena on December 2nd & 3rd.
